Summary:
Act as a liaison between the client andThermoFishers internalPharmaceutical Development Services (PDS) organization to ensure that all needs are met concerning both project budgets and timelines.
Essential Functions:
Client Management
Manage client satisfaction by managing client expectations efficiently with minimal coaching frommanagement.Maintain good workingrelationshipwithclient.
Project Management
Manageapproximately 3-5active small-medium projects withsupport from management.
Practice standard project reporting procedures to client and management (i.e.minutes agendasexecutive summariesetc.)
Work with management to resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team.
Maintain positive team member interactions and manage conflict withassistancefrommanagement.
Business Management
Planmonitor and ensure completion of all activities outlined in the client quote for each project.
Prepare amendments for changesofscopein a timely manner.
Create andmaintainclient timelines.
Create andmaintaindeliverables withinChangepoint.
Contribute to Unit monthly forecasts by managing project estimated monetary values (EMV); and tracking / reporting of revenue Risks and Opportunities.
Maintain a safe working environment andreportspotential hazards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
College Diploma in related field
Bachelors degree inSciencePharmacy EngineeringorBusinessan asset.
Experience:
Minimum2yearsindustry experience
Previousexperience managing projectsorclientsan asset.
Minimum 2 years Project Management / Business Management experience an asset
Equivalency:
Equivalent combinations of education training and relevant work experience may be considered.

Well organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple project deliverablesin a face-pace work environment. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to handle conflict effectively.Strong customer focus andcommitment toresults.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices. Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently.Demonstrated computerproficiencywith Microsoft Office programs.Proficiencywith English language.

Physical Requirements:
Light physical effort and fatigue. Walkssitsor stands for limited periods. May require occasional equipment operation including keyboard equipment. Lifts light items for limited duration. Typicallylocatedin a comfortable indoor area.There may be regular exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust fumes orodours temperature extremes loud noise strong drafts or bright lights.Use of Personal Protective equipment may beand may include any of the following: safety glasses safety shoes lab coat gloveshair net beard coversafety apronrespiratoronoccasionally.
