Description

• Collaborate with Technology Business and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm the problems to be solved expected outcomes and project deliverables.
• Identify and confirm project approach and engage appropriate stakeholders to develop detailed resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative.

• Assign deliverables tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources schedules and plans.
• Report on status risk management budget/cost success criteria and reporting as required.
• Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.
• Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship.
• Provide positive team leadership and motivate those teams directly and indirectly involved.
• Identify key requirements for cross functional teams and external vendors.
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
• Ensure team members are effectively onboarded onto projects.
• Support planning preparing and conducting of project delivery ceremonies.
• Reports key metrics to senior stakeholders.
