Role Description / Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project work including all Cameco process work necessary to move projects through their life cycle.
• Complete project status reports and documentation necessary to move work through Cameco processes.

Project Management (PM) activities will include:

• Conduct project initiation.
• Conduct detailed project planning.
• Oversee and manage project execution.
• Perform project monitoring and control.
• Perform project closure.

Within the project phases above the following processes are to be performed as applicable:

• Build and manage project schedules. Assign and track tasks to core project team members.
• Daily project stand-ups.
• Bi-weekly management updates.
• Perform project management processes for scope integration time cost risk quality human resources communication and procurement.
• Manage project issues actions risks and key decision items.

Skills / Previous Experience

• Proven experience managing a wide range of IT projects including cyber security information management governance infrastructure etc.
• Strong IT acumen including an understanding of enterprise applications infrastructure and cloud technologies system integrations data management concepts and technology project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to effectively engage with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver complex technology solutions.
• Proven IT project management skills including both technical and people skills.
• Ability to work in MS Planner and Jira.
• Ability to leverage SAP for access to financial data for project reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
