Project Manager, Business Transformation Delivery

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes detailed project charter plans and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables.

• Executes project plan according to project methodologies ensures successful and coordinated completion of project components on time and on budget.

• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project. Reports regularly to the PMO with regard to risks and executes appropriate plans to contain them.

• Work with stakeholders at all levels and inspires others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Typically requires a bachelors degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience or masters with 4-8 years of experience

• Related experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups required.

• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals

• Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment.

• Strong computer literacy experience with word-processing spreadsheet presentation project management and database

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
