Project Coordinator, Road Building

Work Conditions:

• Site-based rotation: 10 days on / 4 days off 12 hour days

• Duration: Immediate to October 2027

• Locations: Hwy 63 (North of Fort McMurray)

• Camp provided in Fort McMurray

• Vehicle: Full-time use of company truck and fuel card

• Must be willing to work the full project term and act as cross-shift with the PM; reachable when required

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractors support meetings agreements and project oversight

• Execute project controls: scheduling (P6) progress tracking quantities productivity and reporting

• Support contract management including RFIs change tracking documentation and identifying risks/opportunities

• Coordinate surveying activities and assist with cost coding invoicing accruals and forecasting

• Collaborate daily with safety consultants subcontractors and the project team

Qualifications:

• 3 years of roadbuilding infrastructure and/or bridge construction experience is highly regarded

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)

• Project controls subcontractor management and reporting is essential

• Technical proficiency in Primavera P6 InEight SharePoint Bluebeam and Excel

• Ability to work independently in a small fast-paced team; strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Must be comfortable driving a company truck on active construction sites

• Valid class 5 license with a clear drivers abstract

• Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
