Project Coordinator, Foundations

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support daily project coordination activities including document control reporting and communication between field and office teams
- Assist with tracking project costs quantities and productivity to support budget monitoring and forecasting
- Help develop and maintain project schedules including progress updates and milestone tracking
- Coordinate material deliveries equipment logistics and subcontractor activities to align with project timelines
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs submittals change orders and daily reports
- Assist with subcontract administration including reviewing invoices tracking progress and ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Support implementation of project systems procedures and controls at project start-up and throughout execution
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 3 years of experience in project coordination field engineering or similar roles within foundations piling or heavy civil construction
- Basic understanding of project controls processes including cost tracking scheduling and reporting
- Experience with construction software such as Primavera P6 Excel and document management systems
- Familiarity with foundations construction methods (piling drilling shoring ground improvement) is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site-based environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
