Project Coordinator Emergency Response Division

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support and document control to our Emergency Response department.
Liaise with various departments project partners and team members regarding administrative matters.
Ensure full understanding of customer/client contracts and monitor departmental compliance.
Full understanding of key project activities timelines for completion quality of work and billing.
Verify payroll hours and enter into tracking system
Review and send ER schedule Monday to Friday and occasionally on weekends
Coordinate waste disposal and create manifests in RPRA
Review sub-contractor agreements documentation and invoices.
Provide professional project reports to customers/clients upon project completion or as required.
Coordinate purchase orders required by the customer/client in order to initiate billing.
Assist with estimates & quotes
Maintain ER training platform and coordinate new orientations and training sessions.
Update inventory supply list
Perform work in a safe manner so as not to endanger oneself or others.
Follow all established organizational policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:
Post-secondary education college/university degree preferably in a related area of study Project
Management Science Environmental Engineering Business Administration
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment in a Project
Coordinator/Administrator
Construction industrial services emergency response and estimating work experience is an asset.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Demonstrated excellence within a highly administrative role with extreme attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills both over the phone in-person and through email.
Ability to multi-task while balancing several work projects at the same time.
Extremely organized in approach to document control and administrative functions.
Must be a highly motivated service minded and team-oriented individual.
Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Valid G Class license
