As a Project Coordinator youll play a hands-on role supporting Project Managers and project teams gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecyclefrom planning and execution to closeout. This role is designed for curious organized professionals who want to build a strong foundation in project delivery while working closely with experienced leaders and diverse stakeholders across the business.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and supportto the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of wayprojectswithin the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Planare progressing according to plan.

  • Organize attend and participate in internal and external partner meetings providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.

  • Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI Kahua SharePoint JIRA Maximo Encompass Oracle etc.).

  • Lead the coordinator of project closeouts working directly with construction regional operationsproject controls environment lands and finance stakeholders.

  • Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.

  • Make and send presentations andreports as needed to appropriate departments companies and agencies.


Who You Are:

  • Degree diploma or certificate in a related technical field.

  • 4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.

  • Motivated self-starter with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Predict obstacles challenges and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • <10% travel for periodic trips to other Enbridge offices and remote field construction jobsites. Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States. Valid passport is required.

  • A valid drivers license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
