Note: Successful applicants will be employees of Raise Limited working at ExxonMobil facilities with both ExxonMobil employees and other contractors.
Overview:
Develops and maintains the owner schedule basis for assigned scope integrates contractor schedules analyzes critical path/float/interfaces supports schedule reserve and recovery analysis and produces schedule/progress insight.
Responsibilities:
- In addition to Level 1 tasks and responsibilities Level 2:
- Responsible for the coordination of the project cost control activities including compliance with client policies and procedures development and maintenance of controls systems to support contracting strategies and contract administration.
- Possesses the capability and experience to develop Project Controls Plans.
- Possesses the capability and experience to oversee development of Project Class 3 Cost Estimate
- Possesses the capability to independently draft high quality Appropriation Request packages project procedures and Decision Support (White Paper) documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering Engineering Technology or Construction Management
- Primavera proficiency
- Experience in Project Services Project Controls and Planning
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Multiple international project assignments
- Willing to travel to required project sites (domestic) and work in a team environment
- Knowledgeable with project management best practices framework and key work processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong organizational business communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing consulting mentoring analytical and computing skills
- Competent or Expert proficiency in several Project Management skills (e.g. EMCAPS (ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System) project controls execution planning contracting strategy contract administration cost estimating planning & scheduling)
- Experience on the owner side.
