About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate project planning and logistics to ensure commercial furniture projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Acting as the central link between Project Managers suppliers delivery teams and clients you will coordinate schedules monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout each project.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules across multiple projects and suppliers
  • Support Project Managers with project planning deliveries and installations
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
  • Monitor supplier progress project milestones and upcoming delivery deadlines
  • Prepare placement plans delivery documentation and post-project presentations
  • Process returns and coordinate required care and warranty documentation
  • Identify scheduling issues and proactively coordinate practical solutions
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience across project coordination logistics scheduling or supply chain
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of outcomes
  • Strong relationship-building skills across clients suppliers and internal teams

Experience with Cin7 Omni Smartsheet or similar systems will be highly regarded with training provided.
