Progressive Cavity Pump Test Bench Operator

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare product for testing; identifying proper components needed;
• Assemble pumps as per customer order and/or direction from Senior Technician/Shop Foreman;
• Perform pump tear down and inspection;
• Complete testing and prepare testing report;
• Ensure testing meets specified requirements;
• Operate a lathe;
• Use of overhead crane skid steer bobcat to move product/material as required;
• Paint and stamp stators as per MO requirements;
• Grind rotors when welds are complete;
• Actively contribute to lean quality and safety initiatives;
• Adhering to a schedule set forth by Foreman including on-call duties;
• Load/Unload and secure product on delivery trucks;
• Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping documents;
• General housekeeping; vehicle yard and facility maintenance;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements (Minimum Education and Experience):

• High school diploma or equivalent considered an asset;
• 3 years experience in same or similar role;
• Overhead crane skid steer bobcat experience considered an asset;
• CNC experience considered an asset.

Technical Requirements (software or program knowledge needed):

• Microsoft Outlook considered an asset.

• High attention to detail.
