Program Manager (DCE)

Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Program Director Retail Investment Platform Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a multi-year transformational program for a Retail Investment platform within a major financial institution. This role will provide strategic leadership and delivery oversight for large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives across retail investment products distribution channels and core operational platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in retail investment products end-to-end investment operations and enterprise technology delivery within banking or wealth management environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead a multi-year transformation program for Retail Investment platforms and related technology ecosystems
. Drive strategic modernization initiatives across retail investment operations digital channels and supporting platforms
. Define program vision transformation roadmap governance framework KPIs and execution strategy
. Oversee end-to-end planning budgeting risk management vendor coordination and delivery execution
. Lead transformation initiatives supporting retail investment products including: Mutual Funds (MF) Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GIC) Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF)
. Provide leadership across retail distribution channels and advisor servicing platforms
. Drive modernization of settlement reconciliation and operational processing capabilities
. Partner with business leaders operations teams technology stakeholders and external vendors to support transformation objectives
. Manage executive stakeholder engagement and executive-level communications across business and technology organizations
. Lead large cross-functional delivery teams across business technology operations architecture and vendor organizations
. Promote Agile delivery excellence operational resilience and continuous improvement

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 1218 years of progressive leadership experience delivering large-scale technology and business transformation programs within financial services
. Proven success leading enterprise transformation initiatives in retail banking wealth management or investment platforms
. Strong experience with retail investment products including Mutual Funds GICs and ETFs
. Deep understanding of: Retail investment operations Distribution channels Settlement and reconciliation processes Advisor and customer servicing models
. Experience managing complex multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery environments
. Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills
. Experience leading large technology delivery organizations using Agile and hybrid delivery models
. Strong understanding of cloud modernization platform transformation and enterprise architecture principles is an asset

. Delivery of programs on time within budget and aligned to strategic business outcomes

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120000$170000. This role is an existing vacancy.
