Bring Stories to Life Behind the Scenes
Industrial Brothers is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to help keep our animated productions running smoothly from concept through final delivery.
Working alongside Producers Production Managers Supervisors Directors artists and technical teams youll coordinate schedules track milestones facilitate communication and help ensure every production stays organized and on schedule. Your ability to anticipate challenges solve problems and keep information flowing will directly contribute to the success of our productions.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate production schedules launches dailies reviews and meetings.
- Track milestones approvals revisions and deliverables across multiple departments.
- Maintain accurate production information using r production management tools.
- Monitor production progress and proactively identify scheduling risks or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with external vendors freelancers and service providers to support production schedules and deliverables.
- Partner with Producers Production Managers Supervisors and artists to keep work moving through the production pipeline.
- Coordinate communication across creative production and technical teams.
- Support artist onboarding freelancer coordination and day-to-day production logistics.
- Help improve production workflows and documentation that support efficient collaboration.
What Youll Bring
- Experience coordinating complex creative projects within animation VFX games television film advertising or another creative production environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Experience using production tracking software such as Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid) AYON Jira or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in CG animation.
- Familiarity with storyboards assets layout animation lighting FX editorial or post-production workflows.
- Passion for storytelling and animation.
