Help Bring Every Story to Life One Script at a Time
Industrial Brothers is looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator - Scripts & Records to support one of the most creative stages of animated production.
Working alongside writers directors voice talent talent agents recording studios editorial and production teams youll coordinate script development voice recording sessions and the flow of information that keeps productions moving smoothly from page to performance.

What Youll Do
- Coordinate script revisions formatting distribution and version control throughout production.
- Schedule and coordinate voice recording sessions with talent directors studios and production teams.
- Prepare recording materials call sheets pronunciation guides and supporting documentation.
- Attend recording sessions document pickups retakes and script changes and communicate updates to production and editorial teams.
- Track script milestones recording deliverables and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate production information using production tools.
- Collaborate closely with creative editorial and production teams to ensure information flows efficiently throughout the production pipeline.
- Support continuous improvements to production workflows and documentation.
What Youll Bring
- Experience coordinating productions or creative projects within animation television film games VFX or another creative environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using production tracking software such as Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid) AYON Jira or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- A passion for supporting creative teams and bringing stories to life.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a CG animation studio.
- Familiarity with script development editorial or voice recording workflows.
- Experience coordinating creative talent or recording sessions.
