Could you be the full-time Product Industrilization Manager in Kingston ON were looking for


Your future role

Lead industrialization across full lifecycle from Design for Manufacturing (DFM) through production and product lifecycle. Ensure industrial readiness manufacturability and alignment to Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) while bridging engineering intent and shopfloor execution.

Main Responsibilities:

Concurrent Engineering & DFM:
- Drive DFM/DFT and ensure manufacturability
- Define industrial requirements and product industrial scheme

Industrialization & Readiness:
- Lead FAR FMR SMR milestones
- Define MBOM and industrial processes
- Lead PFMEA and risk mitigation actions

Methods & Tooling:
- Lead design/deployment of tools and jigs
- Ensure practical repeatable shopfloor methods

APSYS & Continuous Improvement:
- Lead APSYS deployment and maturity
- Improve SQCD performance (FPY OTD Lead Time Cost)

Production & Lifecycle:
- Ensure manufacturability and sustainability
- Optimize cost lead time and quality
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related).
  • 25 years experience in Product Industrial Management.
  • Experience in manufacturing / industrialization environments.
  • Experience with DFM tooling and process deployment.
  • Experience in APSYS / Lean environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with railway industry practices and signaling products
