Job Summary
Role: Product Analyst (Bilingual)
Location: Toronto Canada (Hybrid)
Location: Toronto Canada (Hybrid)
Mandatory skills and experience: (Please include skills related to technical as well as domain and non-technical skills and experience as applicable to the position)
Works in collaboration with Product Owner to understand elicit analyze document and communicate program and platform/application objectives as a suite of stories and specifications and help to define MVPs.
Bilingual (both verbal and written) English and French.
Experience in comparing different systems and documenting them.
Experience in documenting and writing SOPs training guides.
Collaborates with the team to provide a delivery estimate for user stories to gain commitment.
Create users stories using testable actionable acceptance criteria.
Works closely with development team to ensure a flow of stories are specified and validated.
Provides discipline rigor and technical skills to the story definition and validation process.
Defines testing data and scenario coverage including edge cases non-functional etc.
Tracks and manages defects and works with team to prioritize and resolve those acts as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
Good communication and articulation skills.
Nice to have skills & experience:
Pharmacy domain knowledge (Preferable).
Knowledge of basic agile terminology and practices such as User Stories Backlog Scrum and Acceptance Criteria.
Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins Gradle Git etc.
Knowledge of IT risk management principles and best practices.
Manual Testing experience.
