About Our Opportunity
Working within the mission vision values and person-centred philosophy of the Agency and under the direction of the Program Managers the Regional Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating client referrals from MCFD including intake assessment and matching clients for individual and/or group services with Integration Support Workers (ISWs). This role is also responsible for the day-to- day support and guidance of Integration Support Workers. The Regional Service Coordinator collaborates with other service providers to meet client service needs and ensures referring social workers are kept up to date on service progress. The Regional Service Coordinator supports the Program Managers by providing input into the strategic direction of the program.

Salary:MGS 1 ($31.14-$34.52 per hour)
Location:1638 East Broadway Vancouver BC with possibility of hybrid work at home and in community

What do you need to succeed
Education Training Experience
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years recent experience working with children and youth with support needs
- Minimum 1-year recent supervisory experience
- Experience meeting with families and conducting client assessments to determine service needs
- Experience with case management and liaison with community partners ie. MCFD Social Workers Behavioural Consultants Occupational Therapist Physiotherapist Psychiatrist etc.
