Job Description (English)
Essential Functions:
- Operate digital print equipment
- Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters bindery laminating drilling)
- Act as the point of contact to receive customer requests provide estimates schedule and track production
- Perform basic quality inspections before during and after each production run
- Track and store jobs as required for future reuse
- Maintain reporting logs and billing information
- Wrap pack label and ship finished products
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of supplies
- Troubleshoot basic issues to meet production and delivery requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Stand and walk for up to 80% of the workday
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Adobe and relevant software
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Post-secondary technical training or experience (preferred)
- Education verification required
- Security clearance may be required
- Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
