Our client is seeking a Pre-Wire Technician based in the Greater Ontario Area (Vaughan). This role focuses on installing low-voltage infrastructure in high-rise luxury residential and commercial environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming technician looking to build a career in the AV and low-voltage industry. The role involves working on-site to complete structured cabling pre-wiring and rough-ins while supporting the installation team and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

- Experience in residential or commercial low-voltage pre-wire (AV networking security or similar)
- Ability to read drawings wiring diagrams and follow installation standards
- Basic understanding of structured cabling and job site practices
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently on active construction sites
Responsibilities:
- Install and route low-voltage cabling for AV networking and security systems
- Perform pre-wire and rough-in work in residential commercial and high-rise environments
- Read and follow blueprints wiring diagrams and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work closely with installation and project teams to meet deadlines
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Support senior technicians as needed during project execution
- Communicate progress and issues with team leads
