Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain interactive and self-serve dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI Power Automate Power Apps and other BI and automation tools.
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends patterns and opportunities for optimization
Translate complex data findings into compelling stories and presentations for senior leadership and business partners
Ensure data accuracy consistency and governance across reports and dashboards
Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide guidance on BI best practices
Skills & Experiences:
Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g. math physics engineering finance or computer science) with 3 years of relevant experience in BI reporting
Able to work both independently and in a team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment; self-starter curious with strong problem-solving skills to identify business and technical solutions
Experience in combining multiple data sources to 1) succinctly present a message; 2) produce actionable insight 3) identify data hygiene improvement opportunities
Proficiency in designing and building dashboards using Power BI Power Automate Power Apps Excel with a strong understanding of advanced DAX Power Query SQL Automation and Semantic Data Modelling
o Experience working with large datasets data transformation and ETL processes
o Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience using ServiceNow Jira and Confluence is an asset
Working knowledge of IT vernacular technologies and practices
