What You Will Be Doing:
- Prepare event spaces by arranging furniture and room layouts according to event specifications and client expectations.
- Safely transport event materials décor furniture and supplies throughout the venue using carts dollies and other equipment.
- Set up tables chairs staging dance floors and event equipment based on guest counts and event floor plans.
- Assist with the setup of audiovisual equipment extension cords and basic lighting components under the direction of the event team.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces and back-of-house areas before during and after each event.
- Efficiently dismantle event spaces following each event by removing décor furniture staging and equipment while preparing the venue for the next function.

- Previous experience in event operations hospitality or other physically active fast-paced environments.
- A strong work ethic with pride in maintaining clean organized and guest-ready event spaces.
- Dependable and efficient when completing event setup teardown and room resets.
- Able to remain calm focused and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team-first mindset with a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety cleanliness and high presentation standards.
- Enjoy working behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and holidays based on event schedules.
- A positive professional attitude that reflects our values and commitment to outstanding hospitality.
- Ability to safely lift carry and move heavy furniture and equipment throughout the venue.
