Job Summary
OurteamisseekingaPMOSpecialist for our client located in Calgary. The PMOSpecialist acts as a strategic architect for project delivery responsible for assessing implementing & optimizing PMO processes/systems. This role bridges the gap between various regions functional groups to ensure interdepartmental alignment innovation & cost-effective operations. Those experienced in the utility sector and building out processes will be given preference.
KeyResponsibilities
- Governance&Compliance:EstablishastructuredgovernanceframeworkusingaQualityManagementSystem(QMS).LeadingtheorganizationtowardISO9001Certificationbydefininguniversalstandardstemplates&methodologies.
- ProcessOptimization:Identifyefficiencygains&&resolveNon-ConformanceReports(NCRs)todrivecontinuousimprovement.
- StakeholderAlignment:.
- Training&Auditing:DevelopandtrackQMStrainingforallemployeesandexecuteanannualauditplantoverifytheeffectivenessofPMOprocedures.
Requirements
- 10yearsinConstructionDeliveryPM&EPCenvironmentswithsignificantoperationsmanagementexperience.
- Deepknowledgeofprojectmanagementanalysisbusinessplanning&strategy.
- AdvancedMSOffice&Visioproficiencywiththeabilitytomanagehigh-pressuredeadlines/meticulousdetail.
- Utilityexperience&processbuildingexperienceisamust;knowinghowtowriteaprocessprocedure&howtocreateworkflows.
