Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will support platform operations production stability incident management and enterprise service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support platform operations across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for banking systems citizen services applications OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and telecom services.
• Monitor platform health availability and operational performance.
• Manage incidents problem resolution and change management activities.
• Support telecom network operations customer platforms and 5G environments.
• Implement monitoring observability and operational automation solutions.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure cloud and security teams.
• Ensure compliance with governance security privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Support platform reliability scalability and operational efficiency.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Platform Operations Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms or telecom customer platforms.
• Strong experience in platform operations production support and incident management.
• Experience with monitoring observability and operational tooling.
• Understanding of governance compliance privacy and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms and platform technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Platform Cloud or IT Operations certifications preferred.
