Job Title: Platform Engineer

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will design build and support scalable platform solutions while contributing to enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design build and support platform engineering solutions across BFSI Public Sector and Telecom environments.
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking platforms citizen services applications OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and enterprise digital services.
• Build and maintain scalable secure and highly available platform services.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure security and architecture teams.
• Support customer citizen and telecom-facing applications and services.
• Implement automation monitoring observability and self-service platform capabilities.
• Support cloud transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance security privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Drive platform reliability performance scalability and operational excellence.
• Support telecom network operations 5G platforms and edge computing environments.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Platform Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
• Experience supporting banking systems government applications OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms or telecom customer platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with automation Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices.
• Understanding of governance compliance privacy and security requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD containers or Kubernetes technologies.
• Platform Cloud or DevOps certifications preferred.
