If you share our values and would like to collaborate with skilled professionals Armour is presently seeking a Development to the VP of Planning & Development the Development Coordinator will help coordinate the planning development and implementation of plans and projects across the The Development Coordinator you will get to:Coordinate multiple concurrent land development projects of various phases scales and complexityProvide land use policy and by-law reviews in support of active and prospective development projectsCoordinate project budgets schedules and development programsCoordinate with various design consultants and subcontractors including but not limited to architects engineers landscape architects and interior designers as well as other pre-construction disciplines such as geomatic geotechnical and environmental servicesCoordinate consultant scopes of work and proposals and coordinate all aspects of contract administration processesCoordinate team assignments and develop project communication documentation and associated administrative tasks such as project accounting and reportingCoordinate all aspects of jurisdictional approval processes including but not limited to Site Plan Approvals Development Permits Building Permits and all other associated approval requirementsLiaise with permitting officials including municipal provincial or federal agenciesCoordinate conduct and attend project meetingsPrepare meeting minutes and agendas and assist in project schedulingAssist in marketing and business development effortsOther tasks and duties as we are looking for:Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in land use planning architecture engineering construction real estate or similar professionProven track record of problem-solving skills and informed decision makingEffective written verbal and presentation skillsExperience in coordinating and facilitating client consultant and jurisdictional relationshipsExperience in reviewing and preparing land development applicationsStrong graphic and visualization skills: experience in the Adobe Suite of software is considered an assetAny related professional designations (MCIP LPP .
