PING Identity Engineer / Architect

Toronto ON Contract (6 Months strong possibility of extension or conversion) Hybrid 2 days/week on-site

Hourly Rate: $80.00 $90.00 per hour (Incorporated)

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned IAM consultant with deep hands-on experience designing and implementing Ping Identity solutions in large complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and a strong consulting presence to guide organizations through identity modernization and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Ping Identity solutions including PingFederate PingAccess PingID and Directory services

• Architect secure scalable SSO MFA and federation workflows

• Lead technical discussions and translate complex identity concepts into clear recommendations for stakeholders

• Deliver high-quality architectural designs and documentation

• Collaborate across Security Infrastructure Application and Architecture teams

Must Have

• Extensive hands-on experience with PingFederate PingAccess PingID and Directory services

• Strong knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (OAuth/OIDC SAML federation)

• Experience integrating identity systems with enterprise applications and security frameworks

• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills

• Consultant profile with bank-level client-facing experience

Nice to Have

• Experience leading identity modernization initiatives in large enterprise environments

Compensation

The hourly rate for this contract position is $80.00 to $90.00 per hour (Incorporated). Actual compensation will be determined based on experience qualifications and other relevant factors.
