Position: Medical Safety Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140$190/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 2025 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Generate and validate the safety layer of clinical data rooms including adverse event data SAE records patient narratives discontinuations and protocol deviations.
• Author full DSURs and PBRERs and their component sections designing prompts golden outputs and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities.
• Interpret active benefit-risk against cumulative safety data exposure estimates and signal detection output.
• Conduct full fatal-case workups including investigator versus sponsor causality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years of experience required; 1025 years preferred.
• MD PharmD PhD or equivalent.
• Experience authoring aggregate safety reports across both pre-commercial (DSUR) and post-commercial (PBRER) reporting.
• Comfortable with active benefit-risk interpretation and full fatal-case workups.
