PARAMED HOME HEALTH CARE
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW)you will be an integral part of the home and community care team.Youwill supportencourageand provide independence for patients in their homes and community settingsbyassistingwith activities of daily living.

Assistpatientswithactivities ofdaily living including skin hairandoral care along withbathing toileting& peri-care
Prepare nutritiousmeals and snacks including special diets asdeterminedby the care plan
Provide basic housekeeping tasks and companionship to help yourpatientsenjoy a better quality of life
