Job Description

Seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant to serve as the Single Point of Contact and subject matter expert for the Cash Management Financial Gateway General Ledger and Project Costing modules. The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams driving solution design issue resolution and continuous improvement across the FSCM landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional lead and primary SME for PeopleSoft FSCM modules - Cash Management Financial Gateway General Ledger and Project Costing - providing deep in-application knowledge for configuration business process alignment and end-to-end functional support.

Hands-on experience on Cash Management and Financial Gateway modules is a must.

Lead application configuration and setup activities across General Ledger (ChartFields ledger setup journal processing allocations consolidations) Project Costing and Cash Management (bank setup cash positioning bank statement processing EFT requests bank integrations).

Identify functional pain points across modules and proactively recommend PeopleSoft best practices and configuration-driven solutions.

Co-ordinate with Business Process Owners and Application Owners for business process and functional inputs.

Act as the liaison between business users process owners and the technical delivery team to translate business needs into actionable functional specifications.

Document and manage business requirements by preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs); track and maintain all artefacts in TFS (Team Foundation Server).

Support business users through validation cycles and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test case review defect triage and sign-off facilitation.

Provide functional guidance and documentation to the technical team during development and customisation activities.

Proven ability to manage Oracle SR (Service Request) lifecycle and engage Oracle Support for bug resolution.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
