Partnerships Manager

At Cronometer were on a mission to empower people with the most accurate nutrition tracking platform in the world. Millions of users healthcare professionals researchers and fitness enthusiasts rely on Cronometer to better understand their nutrition and improve their health.

As we continue to grow were looking for our first Partnerships Manager to own our strategic partnerships program.

This is a rare opportunity to create a role from the ground up. Youll own relationships with our existing API and integration partners while identifying and developing new partnerships that accelerate Cronometers growth. From health platforms and wearable companies to supplement brands and innovative wellness businesses youll be responsible for finding creative ways to build meaningful partnerships that create value for both our users and our business.

What Youll Do:

Own and Grow Strategic Partnerships

• Manage and strengthen relationships with Cronometers existing API and integration partners.
• Identify evaluate and develop new strategic partnerships that support company growth.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and coordinate successful launches.
• Build long-term relationships that create mutual value for both organizations.
• Represent Cronometer at industry events conferences and partner meetings.

Drive Business Growth

• Develop partnership strategies that increase user acquisition paid subscriptions and brand awareness.
• Identify opportunities for joint marketing campaigns co-branded content webinars affiliate programs and product collaborations.
• Work with partners to develop campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Track performance and continuously optimize partnership initiatives.

Collaborate Across the Business

Youll work closely with:

• Sales to identify commercial opportunities.
• Product Managers to align integrations and product roadmaps.
• Community Marketing to amplify partner campaigns and engage our audience.
• Marketing to execute campaigns and launch initiatives.

Youll become the internal champion for partnerships ensuring every opportunity aligns with Cronometers product brand and long-term strategy.

What Were Looking For

Were less interested in checking every box and more interested in finding someone who is excited to build something meaningful.

You likely have:

• 5 years of experience in partnerships business development marketing or strategic alliances
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify win-win opportunities both from a brand and financial standpoint
• A proactive entrepreneurial mindsetyou enjoy creating structure where none exists
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Comfort working independently while collaborating across departments
• A data-driven approach to measuring success

Bonus Points

• Experience in SaaS health tech or consumer technology
• Familiarity with APIs software integrations or partner ecosystems
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
• Experience working with affiliate or referral programs
• Passion for nutrition health fitness or wellness
• Working in our Revelstoke head office is preferred we will consider remote work for the right candidate
