Role overview

Our client works in embedded banking and treasury technology enabling partners to offer financial and treasury capabilities within their own products and services.

They are hiring a Partner Success Manager in Vancouver to help partners get live grow and get lasting value from the platform. This role suits a customer success or partner management professional with fintech or banking technology experience who likes owning relationships end to end.

What you will be doing:

• Own relationships with a portfolio of partners acting as their main point of contact.
• Support partner onboarding and help them launch successfully.
• Track partner health adoption and growth and act early on risks.
• Identify opportunities to deepen partner usage and expand the relationship.
• Work with product operations and commercial teams to resolve issues and share partner feedback.

What you will bring:

• Customer success partner management or account management experience in fintech payments or banking technology.
• Understanding of embedded finance banking-as-a-service or treasury workflows.
• Strong relationship management and the ability to coordinate internal teams.
• Ability to work hybrid from Vancouver.

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting partners through API integrations or platform launches.
