Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Handle personal injury class action and civil litigation files from opening to closing
  • Draft and review correspondence pleadings and notices
  • Schedule appointments trials case planning conferences and other legal proceedings
  • Assign tasks to legal assistants and schedulers as necessary
  • Maintain file organization bring forward system and court diary


Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Strong working knowledge of court rules and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Word Outlook and legal document preparation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must be a licensed paralegal
