Sales Representative (Auto & Home Insurance)

What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $22.
4-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
On-site work in a dynamic environment.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Saturday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Advance notice of work schedules will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Support high-volume outbound calls through an automated dialer system.
Engage customers professionally to introduce auto and home insurance offerings.
Identify customer needs and qualify leads for follow-up by licensed advisors.
Accurately document call outcomes customer details and next steps in the system.
Schedule callbacks or transfers to the appropriate sales teams.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets including call volume and lead generation.
Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in a call center outbound sales or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build rapport quickly and engage customers effectively.
Basic computer skills and experience using CRM and dialer systems.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
