Job Summary

This is a remote position.

What we are looking for

We are currently looking for an Order Management Representative to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will play a major role in ensuring order accuracy and timely execution of all automatic and manual orders. Requirements

Responsibilities

Confirm and verify orders ensuring the vendor order confirmation matches the PO sent to them which has all the customers order details

Verify order details including pricing product specifications (e.g. size fire rating material) quantities shipping instructions to ensure accuracy and prevent errors

Process additional payments for added services such as Lift Gate Next Day Air shipping etc.

Monitor vendor orders to ensure estimated ship dates (ESD) are received and provide the ESD to the customer

Follow up with vendors to obtain the tracking details and pass this information to the customer

Act as the POC for order status invoice requests pre-shipment concerns changes to an order cancellation etc.

Investigate and resolve customer concerns and complaints related to orders including incorrect shipments damaged goods or delivery discrepancies

Process replacements or returns and credits as needed

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships

Perform general administrative duties as required to support the order management team

Be able to answer very basic product questions or offer Sales assistance or gather information from the vendor

Manage and complete all vendor tasks and follow ups

Answer all vendor email queries which may include questions regarding Tax ID shipping address customer contact information if a lift gate is required etc

Answer Group 1 calls from customers providing high-energy positive support and chats throughout the day alongside the rest of the above tasks





Skills/Qualifications/Requirements

Must have:

Post-secondary education in supply chain management or similar is preferred

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience is essential (Zoho Salesforce etc.)

Microsoft Excel experience

Strong technical skills and comfortable using web-based programs

Excellent attention to detail along with strong organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally

Strong multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Passion for and proven track record of providing excellent customer service

Works well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously

Responsibilities : Initiate high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Leverage advanced power dialers to efficiently manage and maximize outbound call volumes and optimize time spent on calls Meet and exceed assigned daily weekly and monthly call and conversation quotas to contribute to overall sales objectives Cultivate key relationships with new customers and industries to grow business and create new opportunities Understand customer pain points and create solutions and opportunities to resolve them through regular communication and follow-ups Remain up to date on product and industry trends and provide new strategic business opportunities Reach out to inactive accounts to re-introduce Best Access Doors products and services Nurture relationships through active and diligent follow-up using various tools including but not limited to phone email digital properties and various Social Media Platforms. Maintain accurate records of all leads opportunities and contact activities utilizing the Companys CRM capabilities. Meet Corporate Department and Individual targets and Key Performance Indicators. Always represent our company and products with integrity May on occasion be asked to take on tasks outside of job responsibility to help with company goals Skills/Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Marketing Communications or related field (or equivalent experience) 02 years of experience in a sales business development or customer-facing role (entry-level welcome) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively High energy proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Zoominfo etc.) Coachable self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset Comfortable working in a remote fast-paced and team-oriented environment Asset: Exposure to construction e-commerce or B2B environments
