ORAT Subject Matter Expert

Join our Engineering Services group and play a key role in shaping the future of airport infrastructure across Canada and beyond. As part of our Airports team you will contribute to innovative planning and engineering solutions for major airport and heliport programs. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise as an ORAT SME to a highprofile airport project supporting the delivery of safe efficient and highperformance passenger transport systems.

This position requires a fulltime presence five days per week at the project office to support close collaboration and program delivery.

• Lead technical activities across ORAT workstreams including BHS IT AboveWing BelowWing Trials and Transition
• Support the ORAT Functional Lead in the daily coordination and execution of workstream activities
• Identify risks and proactively escalate issues to ensure project continuity and success
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to achieve operational readiness of airport facilities
• Contribute to the successful integration of systems and processes across the program
• Guide coach and mentor client and stakeholder teams to build longterm operational capability

• Ability to demonstrate extensive experience as a Subject Matter Expert in aviation projects (at least 5 to 7 years of experience)
• Ability to apply deep knowledge of airport operations and the aviation industry
• Aptitude for managing ORAT activities and workstreams in complex environments
• Proficiency in coordinating stakeholders and contributing to operational readiness programs
• Ability to support largescale international airport projects and deliver impactful outcomes

*Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $100200 - $137700 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
