The ORAT Planning and Process Lead will support a transformative large scale airport program and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of Toronto.

Your role

• Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.
• Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.
• Identifies dependencies key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
• Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.
• Coaching mentoring and supporting the career development of project staff.
• Develops the details of objectives scope dependencies and schedule of the trials master plan for all programs.
• Responsible for the successful execution of the trials plan.
• Ensure trials are executed in an efficient and effective way that allows validation of newly introduced processes.

About You

Required Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree with minimum 8 years experience in managing / leading large and complex programs.

Preferred Qualification:

• 10 years experience in managing / leading large and complex programs.
• Proven ORAT experience with 5 years of experience in a management position.
• ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500M is an asset.
• Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management level reporting to enable effective decision making.
• Ability to analyze and produce solutions to ORAT challenges in respective workstream.
• Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and more specifically a good understanding of wholistic airport operations is considered an asset.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $135000 - $185000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
