Oracle FDI developer

Role: Oracle FDI developer

Location: Mississauga ON

Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics dashboards and KPIs using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for HCM modules
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
• Develop and customize subject areas metrics and data visualizations in FDI
• Perform data validation reconciliation and performance tuning of reports
• Integrate HCM data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Support enhancements issue resolution and ongoing maintenance of analytics solutions
• Prepare documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR Payroll Talent Absence Recruitment etc.)
• Experience in building dashboards and reports for HR analytics
• Strong understanding of HR KPIs metrics and workforce analytics
• Experience with data modeling SQL and data validation
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with Oracle OTBI / BI Publisher for HCM reporting
• Exposure to data integration and Oracle Cloud ecosystem
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
