What You Will Be Working On

Project Setup & Readiness

• Lead and support project teams in establishing projects correctly at the outset ensuring alignment with the Operations manual and InEight standards
• Reinforce the proper implementation and consistent usage of InEight from project initiation

Execution Support & Coaching

• Listen to Project Managers and site teams to understand challenges and opportunities
• Provide hands-on coaching and leadership to improve project execution
• Reinforce consistent application of Project management fundamentals and Systems

Systems Implementation & InEight Leadership

• Act as a national leader for InEight implementation and usage across projects
• Drive consistent disciplined usage of InEight as Birds standard project platform
• Coach Project Managers and teams on integrating InEight and other project systems into daily execution

One Bird Process Tools & Systems Leadership

• Lead and promote standardization of One Bird processes tools and systems across projects
• Drive alignment between Field execution National processes Systems and tools
• Identify opportunities to simplify standardize and optimize workflows
• Support the implementation of national initiatives at the project level

Qualifications & Experience

• 510 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong understanding of: Project execution (cost schedule contracts quality) and Construction site operations
• Direct experience with InEight in a project environment is a must
• Experience with other project-related software applications supporting delivery
• Experience working across multiple projects or regions is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to lead influence and drive change without direct authority
