Job Summary

Position SummaryThe Operations Manager is responsible for the successful day-to-day management administration and reporting of all distribution activities including but not limited to planning scheduling delivery inventory accuracy business metrics and safety related functions. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who will ensure the highest standards of safety service and efficiency. The shifts are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm and the salary range is $70000 - $90000 ResponsibilitiesMaintain an emphasis on a safety culture customer service and efficiency as top clear direction to team members to ensure a high level of effectiveness in Shipping Warehouse Operations and Transportation in Inventory controls and help conduct quarterly customer service and store management for Shipping Warehouse Operations and Transportation schedules and delegation for smooth functioning of the and report effectiveness of Operations or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by delivery schedules and work all functions of operations processes and operate all related to assist in loading and unloading trucks driving a forklift and receiving & Fleet safety including maintenance and coaching and discipline to Shipping Warehouse Operations and Transportation team staffing levels.
