Reporting to the Area Manager East the Operations Lead supports location performance by coordinating daily operations and ensuring efficient distribution of products and services.
What Youll Do:
- Maintain facility assets and assist with equipment repair and maintenance in a safe manner
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and customers providing necessary customer service
- Unload & load materials safely and efficiently
- Help coordinate and support the delivery process internally or using 3PL
- Participate in inventory & stock management and control procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment and operational efficiency
- Assist with alternative regional operations during staff absences may require cross-training in various positions
- Execute our culture of care and comply with all Nutrien Ag Solutions and industry regulatory and EH&S standards
- Other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring:
- 1 year(s) of operational and customer experience preferred
- Valid Canadian drivers license
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Willing to Train
- Equipment operating experience is an asset
