Role: OFSSA Solution Architect

Location: Toronto ON Hybrid

Type: Contract 6-12 Months

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Solution Architect to lead the architecture design and implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OFSAA architecture financial crime compliance regulatory reporting risk management and enterprise data integration within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and implementation of Oracle OFSAA solutions.
• Design scalable secure and high-performance OFSAA architectures aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Define solution architecture for OFSAA modules including FCCM AML Regulatory Reporting Risk Management and Data Foundation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders compliance teams and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design enterprise data models ETL processes and integration frameworks for OFSAA.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review solution designs code and technical deliverables to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Optimize system performance scalability and data processing.
• Support production deployments upgrades and platform modernization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations security standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Prepare architecture documents technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies technical governance and architecture review boards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
• 10-15 years of IT experience.
• 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA implementations.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Oracle OFSAA Infrastructure
  • OFSAA Data Foundation
  • Oracle FCCM
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Risk Management Solutions
  • Financial Crime & Compliance
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale OFSAA architectures.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL PL/SQL and Oracle Database administration concepts.
• Experience with ETL tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Informatica or similar.
• Strong understanding of banking data models and enterprise data warehousing.
• Experience integrating OFSAA with core banking systems APIs middleware and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Strong analytical architecture and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
  • KYC (Know Your Customer)

  • IFRS 9
  • CECL
• Oracle OFSAA or Oracle Cloud certifications are highly preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
