This role supports office services facilities vendors supplies equipment and employee needs while also providing reception and visitor are looking for a proactive organized and service-oriented individual who enjoys being the go-to person for the office can manage multiple priorities and takes ownership of keeping the workplace running and ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations & AdministrationCoordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative and support office procedures records and administrative office and kitchen supplies including inventory ordering and new employee onboarding by coordinating workspace and office office equipment maintenance troubleshooting and office-related expenses maintain records and assist with budget monitoring and and update correspondence reports meeting materials and other documents using Microsoft opportunities to improve office processes organization and general administrative support to teams as & Vendor CoordinationAct as a central point of contact for office and facility-related maintenance requests with internal teams building management and external with suppliers and service providers and follow up on outstanding office services equipment and workplace the organization and maintenance of shared office spaces boardrooms and kitchen & Employee ExperienceAssist with the planning and coordination of company events and boardroom setups and meeting maintain an organized professional and welcoming workplace & Visitor SupportWelcome and assist visitors clients and vendors in a professional and friendly incoming calls and direct inquiries incoming and outgoing mail couriers packages and visitor records and support office security and access the reception area remains professional organized and experience in office administration office coordination reception or a similar organizational skills and ability to manage multiple communication and interpersonal approachable and service-oriented in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word and to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day to handle confidential information with coordinating vendors facilities or office services is an of resume does not guarantee an interview or transfer.
