Your opportunity
Work closely with team members across the firm to support day-to-day operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone highly organized detail-oriented and comfortable balancing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is a two (2)-month contract position covering July and August.
Your major responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including scanning filing organizing and document management
- Rename save convert and accurately store files within the firms digital filing systems
- Assist with maintaining organized file structures in Windows/File Explorer
- Update logs trackers and spreadsheets as required
- Answer incoming calls take messages and direct inquiries professionally
- Communicate with clients via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner
- Support mail distribution printing and office supply management
- Maintain common areas including keeping the kitchen tidy and stocked
- Assist with firm-wide organizational projects such as file clean-up scanning legacy documents and storage management
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and care
- Support onboarding to and usage of internal tools (e.g. CaseWare Karbon ShareFile Billquick)
- Assist with general office coordination and ad hoc tasks as needed

- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Comfortable performing both administrative and operational tasks
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and file management
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
