Occupational Therapist, Virtual
Job Summary
- Provide ocupational therapy services virtually
- Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews standardized tools and informal assessment techniques
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers
- Assign supervise and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate
- Maintain accurate timely and professional documentation including:
- Assessment findings
- Care plans
- Progress and discharge sumcmaries
- Reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards
Qualifications :
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
- 1 - 2 years experience is an asset but new graduates are welcome
- Proficiency with computer applications including MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software
