Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily operations in a food and beverage processing environment to ensure efficient production quality and safety. Supervise production staff monitor compliance with food safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Duties
- Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to meet daily output targets and quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce food safety sanitation and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Schedule workforce assign tasks and manage attendance and shift coverage.
- Train coach and evaluate production staff providing feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Inspect equipment and production processes report maintenance needs and liaise with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records prepare performance reports and communicate operational status to management.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in food technology production or a related field considered an asset.
- Minimum two years of experience in food or beverage processing including supervisory or lead-hand responsibilities.
- Working knowledge of food safety systems and sanitation practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Availability to work shifts and overtime as required and ability to perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods and occasional lifting.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and production tracking or inventory systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
