Required Qualifications

Proven experience managing or handling an onsite customer ideally in a remote/offshore delivery model

Hands-on familiarity with one or more of the following: ZTNA CASB DLP SSPM WAF SWG CFW SFTP MFP

Experience operating within a defined support-hours model (e.g. 20x6) with on-call responsibilities for major incidents

Strong understanding of policy enforcement monitoring and anomaly detection within enterprise security tooling

Ability to interpret and comply with SOW/contractual service requirements (e.g. cross-functional service attachments tool requirement schedules)

Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders

Support model: 20x6 with on-call availability for Major Incidents during off-hours
