The Opportunity:

Were looking for a National Sales Enablement and Partnership Coordinator to join our Strategic Partnership and Priority Clients team.

Reporting to the VP Strategic Partnership and Priority Clients the National Sales Enablement and Partnership Support Manager is responsible for supporting and enabling the partnerships and priority client teams through a range of responsibilities including: crafting standardized and tailored communications and communication plans; identifying and researching prospective clients and partners; designing maintaining and optimizing team-wide reporting and insights; coordinating high priority client and partner events; and supporting broader sales operations and enablement role plays a critical part in driving consistency efficiency and effectiveness across our partnership and priority client efforts.

What your day looks like:

  • Maintaining relationships with prospective and existing Direct Investing partners clients and internal stakeholders to support business development onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Supporting the execution of business processes by understanding partner and client needs coordinating tailored follow-ups and helping advance opportunities through the pipeline
  • Developing and executing client-facing and partner-facing communications including outreach materials updates and coordinated messaging
  • Planning and coordinating client and partner events/meetings including logistics invitations follow-ups and post-event reporting
  • Scheduling and managing large group meetings including strategic client meetings for the Strategic Partnerships and High Priority Client teams
  • Supporting Relationship Directors on partner onboarding requests and escalations
  • Collaborating closely with sales leadership and other functional partners (e.g marketing) to improve go-to-market execution partner engagement and results
  • Supporting sales prospecting efforts by identifying researching and qualifying new opportunities


Requirements

Your experience and skills:

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in sales operations business development partnerships revenue operations or a related role
  • Hands-on experience coordinating events (client partner or industry) including logistics and follow-up.
  • Experience in creating client-facing communications and/or sales enablement materials
  • Ability to conduct research on potential prospects.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools or ability to learn tools quickly (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data dashboard and reporting to support decision-making (advanced experience with excel is a strong asset
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with and a passion for Online Brokerage and/or Robo-Advice
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Salary

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $70000 - $75000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
