MRF Manager (Materials Recovery Facility)

MRF Manager Windsor circa 50000 plus vehicle and bonus

Are you an experienced MRF or RDF operations professional ready to take charge of a busy high-volume facility DMA Recruitment is working with a leading business in the waste and recycling sector to find a hands-on MRF Manager for their site in Windsor.

This is a genuine leadership role. Youll take full day-to-day responsibility for a Materials Recovery Facility processing mixed C&D and C&I wastes alongside an RDF operation leading a team of over 20 people and reporting directly on operational and commercial performance.

What youll be doing:

• Running day-to-day operations across the MRF and RDF facility
• Managing shift operations to hit company targets and quality standards
• Owning Health & Safety compliance including incident investigation and corrective action
• Planning and delivering PPM shutdowns and routine cleans to maximise plant uptime
• Driving continuous improvement across the site
• Managing the sale of all recyclate
• Controlling costs against budget and tracking productivity and site KPIs
• Managing RDF production through to offtake

What youll bring:

• Solid experience managing MRF and RDF operations ideally in a high-volume multi-shift environment
• A track record of managing large operational teams
• Strong technical knowledge of the vehicles and plant used in MRF operations
• WAMITAB/COTC Level 4 (essential)
• NEBOSH (preferred)
