Were Last Stop Moving a fast-growing moving company in Edmonton. Every day people call us and fill out our website because theyre moving and they want a quote. We need people who can pick up the phone figure out what that customer needs give them an honest and accurate price and show them why were the company to trust with everything they own.

Thats the job. The more moves you book the more you make. There is no cap.

We dont care if youve never sold anything before.

We hire for three things: smart hungry and coachable.

• Smart: you think on your feet and you can talk to anyone.
• Hungry: you want to make real money and youll put in the reps to get there.
• Coachable: you take feedback and use it the same day.

If thats you well teach you the rest: our sales process our scripts our pricing and our software. You get a full week of paid training before you ever take a live lead and youre coached every week after that by our Sales Manager.

Moving is seasonal. Fall and winter are our slower months and thats exactly why were hiring now. You get the off-season to learn the craft get your reps in and get sharp. Then spring hits the phones light up and spring and summer are when the big money gets made in this industry. Start now and you walk into the busy season already trained already confident and ready to cash in. Wait until spring and youll be learning while everyone else is getting paid.

Youre also getting in on the ground floor. Were a growing company so theres real room to move up as the team grows.

What youll earn

• A full week of paid training plus $400 when you pass it.
• A guaranteed hourly draw against commission for your first 3 months ($20 then $18 then $17 an hour) so youre paid while you ramp up.
• Uncapped commission on every completed move you book. Your rate climbs with your monthly sales: 6% up to $50000 then 6.5% 7% 7.5% and 8% at $100000 and up.
• An extra 0.5% bonus for every $60000 in moves you book.
• An extra 4% on top for leads you bring in yourself.

Heres the math straight from our pay plan: book $65000 of moves in a month and your commission and bonus come to $4875 for that month.

What youll do

• Call and text people who asked us for a moving quote fast. Speed wins.
• Find out what theyre moving and what matters to them then build an accurate estimate.
• Show them why Last Stop is worth it and book the move.
• Follow up with past customers and referral partners.
• Keep every lead up to date in our CRM and take payments over the phone.

The details

• In office atSt NW Edmonton. On-site parking and a casual dress code.
• Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM plus some weekends when its busy.
• You report to Donte our Sales Manager.
• Sales or customer service experience helps but its not required.
