Morning Steward

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Chef the Stewards primary responsibility is to operate the dishwashing machine. The Steward/dishwasher is responsible for cleaning duties as well as helping the cooks with the kitchen prep as directed.

YOUR ROLE

• Basic prep of food items for service
• Keep the dishwashing area organized tidy and clean
• Set up the dishwashing area and operate the dishwashing machine
• Regularly clean the machines
• Manual dishwashing
• Receiving/putting away F&B inventory
• Keep the outside area clean free of litter and swept if necessary
• Keep the garbage containers emptied and cleaned
• Take garbage bags/receptacles to the garbage room
• Assist were needed
